Weekly Goals for November 9 -- November 15, 2009

So far, so good. More of the same...onward march!

1) Drink 3 liters of water 5 days; 2 liters of water 2 days

2) Exercise every day (Monday Wii tennis, Tuesday dance class, Wednesday run, Thursday Wii tennis, Friday - Sunday run or dance video)

3) Get to bed by 11 PM -- begin bedtime routine at 10:30 PM

4) Practice breathing exercises before meals

5) Keep up the good work with planner praise :)!

  1. My goals for this week will be to keep logging my food. Figure out how to keep a journal. And make a to do list so I can see my accomplishments----both weight goals and work goals.

  3. This has been a tough week for my goals. I've been happily, wonderfully busy, but I'm off track. I'm regrouping by re-establishing my goals. So far so good with exercise, but I need to get back on track with water and spending time in my planner. So:

    Thursday: spend time in planner while coloring hair; finish 2L H2O before teaching tonight; 1L at work/in car on the way home

    Friday-Sunday: planner in the AM!! and plan ahead for H20 both Friday and Saturday. Reward: new Amr Diab song!!

  4. Donna, It's been a tough week for me too. I've been too busy and on the road to much to devote the time I need to myself. I'm so tired today that I decided to just relax and unwind for awhile. I need to get BACK ON TACK!! I will!! I know I can. I need to get the journal going. Still haven't figured out how to do one on the computer with a password. I can get into word, etc, but when I type in password, it just defines it. Maybe my program doesn't have it. Oh well. I'll figure out something. Enjoying the cooking class. I want to make some of the recipes over the weekend.

  6. I am very much enjoying the cooking class. And I'm finally back to journaling food. It is a help. Thanks for the offer of support and encouragement. I really appreciate that!! So very much. I really do need the group experience and support. I was in a weight class before when I lost so much weight. We met weekly. But they cancelled it about a year ago. But I very much enjoy the internet group. It fills the bill!! Have a nice weekend.
